So with the recent sex tape scandal that has been surrounding the young celebrity, it is a fair bet to say that Playboy would find and run the photos. And that is exactly what they did with a page dedicated to Montana. On the page are inviation to join the club to see Kim Kardashian’s pics. As you may know, Kardashian was also featured in Playboy in 2007 — after her sex tape went public. The photos of Montana show two very interestingly placed tattoos on Chippy D’s body, you can clearly see the tattoos on her pubic area that prove that she is a cheap slut.

It wasn’t that long ago, that Montana Fishburne, the 19-year old daughter of acclaimed film and stage actor Laurence Fishburne, announced that she was in fact making a sex-tape. All this to confirm that all the performers in the production is the legal age of 18 to do commercial porn. She was a well known model in LA, easily identifiable and it would have been simple to verify her age. But she didn’t sign the 2257 paperwork, so her face was blurred out when the sex tape was released. Multiple legal experts have confirmed that all parties involved in a sex tape must consent to the release or else it is a slam-dunk lawsuit for the party that didn’t consent. If the tape is released, the party who hasn’t agreed can sue for invasion of privacy and a host of other legal issues. And they are nearly guaranteed of a huge court victory.

And now reports say Heidi is negotiating with Vivid to put a price on her dignity, to settle on a figure to buy and release the tape. And it better be a lot. Because plastic surgery is expensive. And life is too short to care about your dignity or to pretend you are divorced and fighting a vindictive ex-husband to stop the release of a sex tape. So Heidi Montag is now meeting with Vivid to work out a “backend deal” is practical. TMZ report:

We’re told Heidi has agreed to listen to Vivid Entertainment honcho Steve Hirsch when he arrives in Costa Rica to make an offer on the footage … some of which is said to contain girl-on-girl action with Playboy Playmate Karissa Shannon. We’re told Heidi wants Hirsch to provide her with the sales numbers on Kim Kardashian’s sex tape — which was also released through Vivid — because Heidi may be interested in working out a “back-end deal” if Steve can’t offer enough cash up front to satisfy Montag. Hirsch told us he’s leaving for Costa Rica sometime next week.

Since they are estranged and in the middle of a bitter feud, I don’t know why Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt may or may not be vacationing together in Costa Rica right now, so expect the sex tape to be released sometime soon. Mainly because they are not even trying very hard to make this not look like exactly what it is. Bottomline, I cannot wait to see Karissa Shannon in some hot girl on girl lesbian action.
